Description :

This position is responsible for picking and packing consumer placed orders for parts. These parts are to repair warranty related needs or to replace parts at consumer's expense.

Uses software and maintains databases related to the Parts Procurement business to include, Clippership, Exetor, Mimics, CATS, FedEx International Shipping software, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Your impact :

• Pick-Pack orders to be fulfilled to ensure customer satisfaction and in a manner consistent with driving efficiency and cost savings
• Utilizes various shipping software to ensure postage is affixed to packages and sorted by carrier. Settles accounts end of day ensuring notification to shipping companies.
• Ensure orders and projects are handled in order received while evaluating needed fulfillment project to ensure minimal back orders.
• Perform warehouse duties as necessary. Maintain packaging supplies at packing stations. Support other pick / pack staff as needed.

Release orders as needed and take photos of new parts. You have :

• Speed and can act decisively and with a strong sense of urgency. You strive to remove barriers to speed to achieve objectives more quickly and effectively.
• The position requires multitasking and efficient time management skills to prioritize and keep Physical Activities :
• This position requires standing on your feet for up to 8 hours per day.
• Other activities may include : balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping and talking, hearing and repetitive motions.
• Visual acuity is required
• Requires walking to a pick location designated on an order. May lift up to 65 pounds.
• Repetitive Motions : Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and / or fingers.
• The worker may be subjected to the following hazards : moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles (i.e. forklift) Qualifications :
• High School education or equivalency required.
• 1-2 years related experience in Consumer Services / Warehouse environment.
• Exemplary attendance and job performance.
